In 1994, Mr. Roy La Salvia (formerly Hörrmann) was appointed as a receiver for the first time. Since then, continuous internal and external training has led to growing professionalism in the processing of over 2,200 receivership and sequestration proceedings on behalf of local courts in the federal states of Saxony-Anhalt and Saxony.
Since 2011, Mr. Sören Kliche has also acted as a court-appointed receiver. The office is a member of the national association IGZ e.V.
We also serve the courts as service agents pursuant to § 6 ZVG, special representatives pursuant to § 779 II ZPO, court-appointed representatives for ownerless properties pursuant to § 787 I ZPO, and as absentee guardian pursuant to § 1911 BGB.
